Ordering Procedure

1. Please have your Purchase Order number ready when you call in your order.
2. Minimum order - $250.00

Return Policy

1. Trimedyne will accept returns of any standard catalog item (except Laser Systems) within 60 days of invoice date. Acceptable returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. A return authorization number is required for all returns. The number can be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department at the telephone numbers below.
3. Should a product be found defective at any time, Trimedyne will replace it using customer's designated purchase order number.

Return Procedure

1. In the event the device must be returned for any reason, insert the decontaminated device into its original package and shipping box.
2. Contact Trimedyne Customer Service at 1 (800) 733-5273 or +1 (949) 559-5300 to receive a return authorization number prior to return shipment; or contact your distributor.
3. Returns without an authorization number cannot be accepted. Trimedyne reserves the right to refuse any returned product that is deemed not suitable for resale.
4. Ship return orders to Trimedyne, Inc., 2801 Barranca Road, Irvine, CA 92606.
5. All returned products should be sent freight prepaid.

Terms

All products (except Laser Systems) - Net 30; subject to credit approval.

Shipping Policy

1. All orders are shipped "prepaid and added" FOB Trimedyne, Irvine, California.
2. Trimedyne ships all orders for disposable/reusable products, kits and accessories (except Laser Systems) via UPS (unless specified otherwise by the customer). Laser Systems are shipped best way.
3. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.
4. Emergency orders received after 2:00 PM and requested to ship the same day will be subject to a $100.00 expedite charge.
